Founded in 1996, Nepturia is one of the oldest and most experienced employment agencies in Malaysia. Our brick-and-mortar office has been at the same address ever since. We are licensed by the Malaysian Department of Labour (License No.: JTKSM 235) and accredited by the Philippine Overseas Labour Administration.

Modern-day slavery, a big NO

We believe in treating our helpers with respect, dignity and fairness. We do not impose any “salary deduction” on our helpers, so that they can focus on their jobs without worrying about any recruitment debt. We too, will always lend a hand to our helpers who are mistreated by their employers. We are against modern-day slavery.

We protect Employers as well

To be fair to employers, many of them believe and support workers’ rights and are against helpers incurring “recruitment debt”. But without some form of “quality control”, there’s nothing preventing a helper from treating the job as an all-expense-paid vacation, coming and going according to their whims and fancies.
