For our Full-Placement service, it would be RM17,500. You can look at our services for their respective prices.

Your helper’s yearly permit renewal, and her employment contract that has to be renewed every two (2) years. There is no other hidden fee.

  1. Employer cannot be a bankrupt / blacklisted by the Department of Labour / has pending cases with the Immigration Department.
  2. Minimum monthly combined income of RM5,000.00.
  3. Employer is required to have:
  • children under 15 years old; or
  • elderly parents to be taken care of; or
  • a direct family member to be taken care of.
  1. The husband’s name shall ideally be used to register as the employer’s name.
  2. To apply for a 2nd helper, employers’ combined monthly income must be at least RM10,000.00.

  1. NRIC (Both husband & wife)
  2. Coloured passport sized photo (Both husband & wife)
  3. Marriage Certificate
  4. Income Tax e-BE Form (2022) & Acknowledgement Receipt e-BE / Latest 3 months EPF Statement & payslip
  5. Latest utility bill
  6. Children’s birth certificate (Below 15 years old)
  7. Parent’s NRIC, Parent’s medical letter & Employer’s birth certificate (If no children)

Contract is for a period of two (2) years.

The standard rate fixed by the Philippine government is USD400 which is RM1,800 for Malaysia, with one (1) off day a week. Working on off days is considered overtime and RM70 per day is payable.

Around 2 – 4 months after you confirm a candidate.

We work hard to ensure that your application for a helper complies with all of the procedural requirements in both Malaysia and the Philippines. We also ensure that your helper is in a good and fit condition to work for you. As the saying goes “good things take time”.

As an employer, you are responsible for the welfare of your helper which includes:

  • Allow sufficient rest time (continuous rest of at least 8 hours a day)
  • A sanitary living quarters
  • Providing sufficient food
  • Basic toiletries and sanitary products
  • Medical attention when required
  • Treatment with respect and regard to their culture, dignity and identity
  • Providing a safe and secure environment for the maid to work in

You will have to discuss with your helper to see if she is willing to renew her contract and continue working with you. If she is not willing to do so, we would have to send her back.

For your helper, you can open a local bank account for her. As for her family, we would suggest remittance via Western Union or Wise.
